These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TuckTales — Bedtime Stories mobile application. By using the app you agree to these Terms. The app is intended for children used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use TuckTales for personal, non-commercial, family use on devices you own or control.
2. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- TuckTales offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock all stories and features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
2a. Restoring purchases
- Your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account.
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred between different accounts.
- The app automatically checks for active subscriptions on launch.
3. Refunds
Purchases are handled by the app stores. Refunds, where available, are governed by Apple's and Google's policies; please contact the relevant store for refund requests.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. The content is for gentle, family-friendly bedtime use.
5. Intellectual property
The stories, artwork, audio, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms.
6. Parental responsibility
TuckTales is intended for children used under adult supervision. A parent or guardian is responsible for enabling permissions, managing purchases (protected by a parental gate), and supervising use.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the "Effective" date will be revised, and continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
